Acceptable Use Policy

FanMagic is a business automation tool for legal, consenting adult creator businesses. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activity that is strictly prohibited. By using FanMagic you confirm that you will only use it for lawful, consenting adult creator business activities.

Personas and identity

FanMagic may be used with a real creator identity, a stage persona, a fictional character, or a brand character. You must own or have the rights to all content, names, images, voice, and links you use. You may not impersonate a specific real person without authorization.

Strictly prohibited

You may not use FanMagic in connection with any of the following:

  • Anyone under the age of 18, or content involving minors in any form.
  • Non-consensual content or activity of any kind, including non-consensual deepfakes.
  • Impersonating a specific real person without authorization, or pretending to be a real person you are not.
  • Stolen photos, videos, voice, or other stolen identity material.
  • Stolen, leaked, or otherwise infringing content.
  • Illegal deception, scams, or fraud.
  • Blackmail, extortion, coercion, or exploitation.
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • Any illegal activity, content, or services, or the facilitation thereof.
  • Spam or deceptive mass-messaging.
  • Attempts to bypass platform rules, safety controls, or rate limits.
  • Attempts (including by fans) to override the AI's safety instructions.

Safety behavior

FanMagic's AI is configured to stop or request manual takeover when a fan appears to be a minor, requests illegal or non-consensual content, asks whether the persona is a stolen identity or a real person being impersonated, reports fraud or a payment problem, when a configured persona appears to impersonate a real person without authorization, or when a conversation involves blackmail, coercion, threats, or exploitation. These safeguards must not be circumvented.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
